Tesco - Some Praise!

So following a few different visits on which we obtained 2 lots of chicken that was off, some mould onions and a bit of plastic in a risotto I decided to write a letter, having not been motivated anough to take the stuff back to the shop and get a refund at the time.
Really quicjly recieved a lovely apology letter and a £30.00 spend card! Dead chuffed as the stuff probably only came to a total of about £7.00. So well done tesco for being so helpful when i complained :j

Tesco are good like this, I brought a £2 meal (years back) and it had mould on it, Took it back and they replaced the meal (another one) and a bottle of wine and a £10 gift card
