Blocking buyers - help please

Can someone put me staight re blocking buyers?

Can I only block people with non payment strikes or limited history - I am being driven mad via email by an 'interested buyer' who I 'know' will be a problem if they buy.

I have submited their user name to blocked buyers and got the confimed message, but when I access my blocked buyers list it is empty.

Had another email from them after the blocking.

Any help appreciated.

If you added the buyer to your blocked list then I cannot explain why they are not showing there, maybe it was a glitch so try again.

That doesn't stop buyers from contacting you though, just from bidding.

You probably didn't hit the submit button.
You can, after blocking the bidder, block communications with them on your site preferences.
