Renovating run down Terraced.Which tradesman do I employ first?

We had the electricians in first to re-wire.

Next the plumber in because we wanted the old tank and cupboard taken out of a bedroom and a new boiler put in the kitchen. This kind of backfired slightly as we had all new radiators installed which then had to come off for platering. (We would have the radiators done later next time as he'll be coming back anyway to do the bathroom fit).

Next plasterers.

Can't comment on the windows but would've thought whoever is doing them would maybe have a preference?
