how to repay ebay failed paypal payment

i bought 4 items from ebay last week and tried to pay thru paypal after 2 days but only 1 of the 4 were paid for, 3 where showing as failed payment... due to my £0.00 paypal balance. i have then tried to transfer money from the same debit card to fund it but it is still showing in process 3 days on...i also have link another card and waiting for verification which i have to check w/ my bank statements which i assume will take at least 3 days.

i sent email to 3 sellers today and explained this and ask if there is another way i can pay them and if they would accept personal check. only 1 has replied so far,

earlier i received payment from my buyer, which mean i have a small amount to fund the 2 failed payment, (from the 2 seller who have not replied to my email) but every time i click pay now it goes back to the same page where it says payment failed. i would really appreciate it if someone can point me to the right direction as i am worried sick i will be reported to ebay and then be classified as non payer and get blocked.

Paypal were doing some maintenance the other day, so it might have been due to that?!? I had an issue paying for something too, and it just kept coming up with an error. It did work eventually...

You will have to try and get your sellers to not open a case by keeping them informed until you get your account sorted. Even if they do, then you should still have 4 days to pay after the case is opened before a strike.

Did PayPal send an email relating to this? That may go into more detail on how to sort it out.
Phone PayPal, it may be that they try to take the funds again in a few days, using the original payment details/attempt.
