Velux style blind for ordinary window?

Hi all,
A TV ad for Velux blinds has caught my eye. It shows a blind that is fitted to the velux and slides down a track at the sides and blocks out the light totally. My bedroom is a single pane tilt and turn Upvc window and something similar would be ideal to block out the light which currently disturbs my sleep badly even though I have blackout curtains.
Most blinds sellers offer vertical, roller or roman blinds but I haven`t seen anything similar to the velux blind offered for normal windows. I am assuming the proper Velux branded ones are over priced and would not necessarily be made the right size for my window - please does anyone know where I could buy a blind like this to fit to my upvc window?
Thanks,
Slinky Malinky
