There was a fire in my building almost six months ago am my flat was damages by smoke. As such I have not been living there until now. I have had everything replaced/fixed however i was wondering if things like sky subscriptions or tv liecence payments could be claimed as the have been paid for the last 6 months but I have had no use of them.
I did not realise how long this process was going to take as after each step it apeared it "would be just a week or so" to go. Six months down the line............

I doubt it, but speak to your Insurers. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
