Help - Large Caravan In my Drive

I’m buying a house which has a large allocated private space in the back of my house car park which is big enough for 3 cars. When I viewed the property about 3 months ago there was a very large caravan parked there belonging to one of the neighbours, taking up 2 of my spaces its wide and its very long.
I thought it might go away, but its still there. This thing is huge.
Now we are about to exchange and complete so I decided to have another look at the house today but this caravan is still there, not only that’ but owner of the caravan has a very very long mains cable running from his caravan going somewhere into the woods I couldn’t trace where it went, but it’s a long cable and dangerously wrapped with insulation tape in areas.
My land registration also says not to use and not to allow caravans anywhere on this house nor to the land I’m purchasing.
I obviously don’t want to annoy anyone to much but I want my space as I will have family visiting me and there is nowhere else to park.
How do I approach this?

What has the vendor said about it?0

Not much really - I don't think he is interested although 1 of the paperwork I read says he has had no problems with neighbours regarding disputes!0

Am I missing something here?
You're buying a house with parking, and the current owner has his own vehicle parked on it, whilst he still owns it?
I wouldn't think it out of place if the current owner had his car parked on his drive while he still owns the place, so why is a caravan any different?
You don't own it yet. He still does, surely?0 -
it doesnt say its the current owners caravan, could easily be a neighbour etc. if it was up to me op, for what its worth, all caravans would be destroyed along with most of their owners :-)0

If it's still there after completion, come back and ask again.0 -

You don't buy a house that has someone elses property on it, ie a neighbour. It is up to the owner to get rid of it before you exchange. You would be daft to do this and in your position I would halt the sale until the parking belonging to the house you are buying is clear. I would also check with your solicitor that the deeds state the parking is yours and not for the use of other people........something that should have been cleared up and dealt with before reaching this stage.
