Well it may not be midnight here, but it is now midnight Central European Time, and they think it is all over. The price list has reverted and the photos that would have cost me £8.91 now are priced at £35.75.

I know the lesson is don't leave it to the last minute....

We'll see what happens when and if their customer service people respond....

I think that they offered me a deal, I took it, they should honour the deal.

I also left it to the last minute - took hours uploading 150 pictures, and went to check out at about 11.05 GMT. Price rocketed , so I sent a brief email to their 'contact us' address - let's see what happens.............
  • Site now says offer ends 5th Feb.

The quality is OK - but not the best. I think my Snapfish ones are better. However, I did get 580 prints for a total of £9.59 and they arrived in less than a week - so I can hardly complain!!

I only have a slow broadband connection, so even though I did the 'Easy Upload', I still had to leave the order uploading overnight - it took about 9 hours to do. Amazingly we didn't get any interruptions in the connection during that time and it actually worked.

I have now cleared my 3 year back-log of photo printing and am determined to stay up to date this time. Just need to get around to putting them into albums!

What to others think of the quality?

I'm not familiar with Pixum but sometimes these 'easy upload' features mean that their system is uploading ones' pictures at reduced resolution. This could equate to lower quality depending upon the degree of reduced resolution. Just something to consider if one uses these features. In your case jap200, I guess you didn't have a choice. G
  • Received mine today. Ordered 1,630 of them very pleased with them and it only cost £22.89. Thanks to op for posting.
