Interesting one ... I would lean towards the side of 'no' because it is not faulty and you can not have your money back for simply changing your mind ... what could Debenhams do with it? Having aid that you could try and see what happens - what is their refund policy?

You should certainly visit Debenhams and have a word with a manager. Be polite: explain that you are unhappy and ask about exchanging it for something else. The chances are they will try to work something out, on the basis that a happy customer is likely to be a repeat customer.

My father purchased one of the Nescafe ones a few weeks back, lovely coffee but for the most part not warm. I took it back to Comet and explained that although iced coffee was all in fashion we actually preferred ours hot.

Full refund and apology given :)

Incidentally, I bought a "senseo" down to £37 in tesco, it takes and standard coffee bag and makes a lovely cup!

I bought one of those senseo things that you pu the pods in. Tried it didn't like it, washed it all out properly, put it all back in the packaging and took it back to Currys said it was an unwanted pressie got a full refund and they didn't even look in the box it could have had anything in it !!!!!
Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it :D
