Help anyone.
The youngsters across the road have been bull-pood for 3 weeks + now, in regards to their dead telly.
Every excuse in the planet going, today a repair man actually arrived \O/ /puts tinsel back, the spare part that they had 2 weeks ago, well they havn't got it anymore. And as for the "loan" tv, and/or the offer for vouchers to buy a replacement for "what its worth" << a dead telly is WoRtH nothing, and the hope of anything happening for Christmas is Nil.

Anyone help in the name of managing director of Currys and Mastercare, tel number and e-mail ?

The 0500 number has been great Marty, the poor fellow had been ringing 0870 numbers.

THREE Kids and a Lovely wife, so come on peeps need your help on this one. They are hiding in the conservatory on a borrowed 14" portable atmo, so the nasty repair man doesnt catch them out that theyv'e got one. And he IS a P***K, I grabbed him this afty, couldnt give two hoots.

I too had a 42in Plasma covered by their warranty. If they have not fixed it by 21 days after the first call out date, they WILL give you vouchers to replace it. You MUST ring them ASAP and I got my vouchers this week, it only took 3 days too. they gave me £1000, I only paid £899 for the telly so I got a better model too.

It was a "Whatever happens"plan from "The Techguys" the new name for Mastercare.

Try and ring them tom or monday, be firm and they should give in and send you the vouchers in time for Xmas!
