Poor quality to mobiles via DiscountDial and 18185

Hello
Hows it been for you ? Recently ,in the evenings, I have had poor voice quality while phoning a Uk mobile via Discount Dial (0844 5663566) My voice and the callees voice keeps cutting out . Via 18185 it has been similar but not quite as bad. 0844 via 0844 calls even worse. So thats the 3 cheapest.
But until recently it has all been fine.
On Friday eves it is also bad.
Any suggestions, comments anyone. I am going via a BT landline (routing the call via Tiscali )
