In "My ebay" how do I....?

In "My ebay", how do I delete transactions that have finished? In my "Purchase History" section there are some transactions which are almost 2 months old and feedback has been left respectively. I used to be able to delete them (there was a little tick box with the delete option). I can no longer do this. Am I doing something wrong or is this one of Ebay's wonderful changes :mad ?

I just went on to live chat to ask them if they were going to reinstate the delete button and they said their engineers are working on reversing it as it has been very unpopular.

Then, what made me laugh, is that the live chat "robot" told me I could still delete items by going on to the Australian ebay site and under "Gekauft" there would be the delete boxes. I pointed out to him that this is actually a German word and was he meaning the Austrian site as it is very unlikely that in an English speaking country they would be using a German word. It turns out he was.

So, the moral of the story is - you can still delete items by logging into the Austrian site.

Found mine has been like that since Sunday, its doing my head.

They also seem to have got rid of the email tenplate buyer option to say item is despatched. I love these "improvements"!

We’d like to make members aware of an upcoming feature on My eBay. We’ll be introducing the ability for members to archive items from the “Purchased” section of their eBay accounts. At this point we don’t have an exact date, but hope to include this later in the summer.

Personally I think eBay shot themselves in the foot by not letting buyers forget about poor purchases.
