    Just google FSA and you will be able to check them out.

    Not sure the FSA would help here? Possibly you could go to the FOS with a complaint after you've followed the full complaint procedure. Your bank are not under any obligation to freeze interest & charges, although they often will if you can prove your financial situation has changed and that you are trying to repay your debts/ get on top of your finances.

    But it might be an easier option to look into reclaiming charges under financial hardship rules if you would be likely to be eligible - have a look here - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges
