how do you cook in specs?

My partner uses something called FOG OFF for his motox goggles which I now use on the kids specs, stops them steamin up when they go from cold-hot-cold etc. Can buy it in most shops that do Motorcycle things. I have also found an anti fog glass cleaner which is cheaper, in Home Bargains IIRC which I am going to try.One day I might be more organised...........

I find it worst opening the dishwasher just after it's finished. Invariably get steamed up so now try to remember to take them off - but I can see reasonably well without them.Where now?0
