I guess they don't accept emails then. You'll need to give them a ring or write to them.

Try using the search function on the website that you use for emails, and search mint.

I know that this is possible for gmail and hotmail, not sure about the others though.

This thread is 1.5 years old, Pigs is a forum regular, so maybe they found it by now and can pass it onto you.

What is it you want it for ???

Anything account related will not get actioned and at best you will get a call us..

Far better to call and tell them.

If you feel they are being bullied by them. Raise a complaint on the call. Just make sure you mention the word COMPLAINT... And NOT RESOLVED AS FAR AS I'AM CONCERNED. If not resolved in 8 weeks go to FOS.
Failure to log it will be a big NO NO and mean a fine.
