Wilkinsons Plus - order online - refund instore

Hi, not sure if I have posted in the right section.

I ordered online and collected instore. I want to return one of the items for a refund but the only problem is, I didn't get a receipt with my order.

I have logged in to my wilkinsons account to see if there was anything I can print off but there's nothing.

I could just exchange the item for something else but the item has also been reduced today so I would lose out. I only collected the item yesterday and do have an order number but not sure they would accept that for returns so I don't think I would get the full amount back that I paid?

    http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/helpguide/returns_store/page/returns_store/ That doesn't specifically state receipt required, I suspect they can do it all from order number alone.

    I went to Wilkinson's store today to exchange the item I purchased online.

    It wasn't as straight forward as I thought it would be. With having no receipt it was exchange only but I didn't get a receipt when I ordered online or when I collected the items instore yesterday.

    I had the order number but the exchange was going through at the reduced price not the price I paid. Luckily I had an email on my phone for my wilkinsons order which I showed the girl who served me so I was able to exchange for the price I paid. Even she didn't understand how I was supposed to get a refund instore without a receipt.

    check your emails as i have ordered many items from wilkinsonplus and always i am sent an emailed confirmation/reciept

    I did get an email from Wilkinson's to confirm my order, that was the email I showed the girl who served me but it doesn't class as a receipt if your wanting a refund in store. Luckily I just wanted to exchange my item but I was still having trouble getting an exchange for the amount I originally paid since the item had been reduced.
