2 questions.

Options
Hi my company is going through the redundancy process at the moment, and I have 2 questions if I may re the process.

Our company use a bonus scheme to pay us so our pay is different from one week to the next. When calculating Redundancy pay they will use a 12 week average. Is this 12 weeks from the date you are told your job is redundant, or the day you actually leave the company i.e. have worked the notice.

The process is taking people from all departments, and each department is classed as a pool. If I have been told I am in pool "A" and have been scored agains the others in pool "A" but have been in fact been working in another department "B" for the last 9 months, and have only done less than 10% of work for "A" do I have grounds for appeal?

Many thanks
