I might have to get one for my OH. I wanted an egg mayo sandwich the other day and he wouldn't do it because, in his own words, "I don't know how to hard boil an egg!" Gotta laugh at him sometimes!

my mum has had this item for years, although it cost a lot more than a pound i must add.

yes it does smell at first, but thats only cause its new, it does go away... and it really works,and my mums still works and its about 7 years old now,
quite handy!
