This prize draw is open to customers aged 18 years and over except employees of Westfield Derby, its retailers and agents. One entry per person. Damaged, defaced, illegible or photocopied entry forms will be disqualified. The prize consists of a £500 travel voucher to be used on a Co-op Holiday. The voucher can only redeemed at Ilkeston Co-op Travel, Westfield Derby. The voucher is valid until 30th September 2011. The prize is non transferable. No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted. Westfield Derby will not be held responsible for any lost entries. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete registration forms. The prize draw closes at 4.30pm on Sunday 19 June 2011. The winner will be chosen at random by an independent person from all entries across all entry outlets. The winner will be notified within two weeks of the competition closing date. The winner agrees to participate in any public relations arranged by the promoter. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or is not available, we reserve the right to choose another winner from the entries which were received before the closing date. Products obtained through the promotion are not subject to refund or exchange. No purchase necessary. Vouchers can not be exchange for cash. An entry into the prize draw will be taken as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. The winner is required to take part in publicity. The winner’s contact details may be used to notify of any promotional offers.
