    Hi guys,

Nothing really. I was going to knit a little cardi thing but I didn't have the right needles for it so would've worked out too 'spensive :( Do keep my eye on Ravelry though, just to see what's come up. Have you got any projects on the go? :)/QUOTE]

    Hi LaE

Thats a shame, is it just the needles you need? the only knitting I've got on the go is a baby blanket for my friends little girl (for her dollies, lol). I'm trying to make a couple of cards as well for weddings coming up and then am going to finish a picture I started for my mum, before I start thinking about the teachers gifts for the end of the school year - its a great way to use up some of the craft stuff Ive already got in. Last years teachers gifts went down really well so we're going homemade again (if I knew how to add pics Id show you)

    Thanks

    Hello peoples

    Good luck La E's oh!

Yay Stitchy that's great news about the orders, boo to the dentist! I need to book myself and my bf in... he's petrified of them though :/

    Today:

I got the washing in which I hung out yesterday... I am so rubbish!
Gotta get fuel and food but BF is paying for the food ;)
Find some stuff to eBay this weekend as I am determined to make more cash... all my wages have gone on rent, bills and debt... thank goodness for the second job... (it's been like this for months but just been going without - luckily I give my rent and bill money to bf so still get fed!!)
Try and find some unsuspecting victim to take my La Fitness gym membership off me for the last 6 months - it's more hassle than it's worth, DD comes out on 28th (and they won't let me change it) so it never gets paid on time...

    Think that's it... the joys!!
Yesterday I paid for a credit report - want to see all of them just so I know if I have anything scary lurking...

    Love and hugs

    Have a great day
    xxx

    Morning all

Thanks for starting us off La E and fingers crossed for your OH!

Congrats on the order Stitchy, sounds like it could be the beginning of something great. Hope the dentist goes OK.

Welcome back to Pippi. :j Congrats on handing in, feels good doesn't?

Managed to get a dress off Ebay for SIL wedding. So very happy about that, just waiting for its arrival. Didn't get any Olympic tickets, so I'll just have to go to the free stuff instead! :D

DH landlord wasn't in last night, so maybe tonight . . .

    Today I will:
    • [STRIKE]Walk to work[/STRIKE]
    • Check surveys
    • Check bank balances
    • Charge phone and ipod at work
    • Lunch from home
    • Walk home
    • Leftovers for dinner
    • Quick tidy up of flat
    • Make some carrot cake for a friend who we are staying with at the w/e
    • Pack bags for the weekend
    • More ebay listing - FREE LISTING THIS WEEKEND

    Have a great day everyone.
    xx

Just rang Vodafone after seeing they had lovingly put a £10 add on for mobile tv (what?!) onto my bill for the last 2 months... so half price bill next (this) month as they've taken it off and reimbursed me... so they should! so that's £20 kinda saved ;)

    Today I'm gonna:

*Look out some stuff for selling on eBay.
    *Water the window box vegetables.
    *Make some homemade ice lollies.
    *Eat from stores.
*Plan the rest of my week off.
*Relax as I went mountaineering yesterday. (Took a packed lunch from stores and homemade cinder toffee for a sugar boost. Cost me nothing but petrol.)

    Hi everyone,
Sorry i`ve been awol for a few days, just not enough hours in the day at the moment.
The good news is that I have trained someone to do my round at work so I can get some time off every week now. The only downside is that if i`m not working as much I won`t be earning as much but at the moment i`m so run down and exhausted that I don`t really care.
Today I`m off work and should:
    NSD.
Washing in machine as I type, will get it on line later.
    Go and exrecise friends horse.
    Walk pooches later.
Use last nights left over rice and some reduced price liver to make tasty tea for above pooches (spoilt aren`t they!). ;)
    MUST do some college work.
    Check for surveys.
Sort out clothes for next three days of split shifts. :(

Oooh, sounds like a good way to use up bits and bobs.

Was just the needles I needed but they were a couple of different sized circular needles and I've got my eye on some knit pro ones http://www.amazon.co.uk/Knit-Pro-Symfonie-Circular-Interchangeable/dp/B004FZ2VGW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1307014220&sr=8-1 Then with the yarn it would've worked out about £40 so decided I can buy a cardi for much less than that and put the needles on my xmas list ;)

Pippi! Welcome back! So happy for you handing in your thesis!!! I love that feeling you get when you're doing something thinking "what should I be doing right now?", like a niggling feeling, and then you remember NOTHING! You've handed it in and you can do whatever you like!!!! Yipee!!! :j

Still no word from OH. Oh well.
