thanks Di. received letter today saying it was taking longer than they anticipated and they would give me a reply in 21 days and enclosed leaflet about ombudusman, does this mean they are stringing me along and should i just forget about it?? :silenced:0

No its just taking so long to deal with the massive amount of claims coming in. CC take forever tocalculate unlike loans.

Very good news:j.... received s letter from mbna today saying my cheque for 3721 would be with me within 28 days. Unbelievable!!!! So happy. Thanks to everyone for their advice.: :T:beer:0
