Beware of Weight Watchers trial subscription
Lshore
I recently discovered that a trial subscription I had with Weight Watchers was still active, two-and-a-half years later - even though I thought I'd cancelled it. In that same period, I had taken out other subscriptions, unaware that I already had one.
I've been ill the last couple of years with ME/Chronic Fatigue so had let things slide. It was only the other day, when I was scrutinising my accounts that the error came to light.
WW have offered me six months refund on the subscription. I know it's my own fault for not noticing sooner, so I want others to benefit from my mistake.
If you take out a trial subscription with WW, make sure you cancel it if you don't want to continue. Double, triple check.
As it turns out I'm not alone. Apparently this has happened to other WW subscribers throughout the world.
