RBS Email address for CEO

Hi, Does anyone have the email address for the CEO of RBS please? Have been given the runaround by RBS re.ppi claims, was told both cases had been fast-tracked now saying policy has changed and will not be looked at for at least 2 months. Thank you.

Is there a reason why yours should be fast tracked?

all the banks are swamped, you will be given FOS referral rights if you have not been given a response within 8 weeks, so do that.

Hi, Because they had my complaint for months and had logged it incorrectly as a mortgage complaint when it was a loan complaint, so a gentleman I spoke to logged them as fast-track.

I would call the PPI Complaints Unit directly on: 0800 0150319 or 0161 755 6890 and raise your concerns with them.

As you can imagine your not the only person claiming so you may just have to wait your turn in the queue.

Thank you for your reply, I understand that I am not the only one. My original complaint was put in months ago. I have other complaints in with other banks and I am just waiting but when you are told one thing and then it's changed it is frustrating. Appreciate everyone's response though.
