Parking Charge Notice
Hi can someone please help me!! I have been issued with a Parking Charge Notice by UKPC not parking correctly within the markings of the bay i have to pay £50 within 14 days or else this will rise to £90. Now i have never in 15 years of driving had a ticket for anything so i am pretty gutted to have received this for parking over a bay on what i believed to be a free car park. I really don't want to pay this money as i feel it is daylight robbery but after logging on to UKPC and seeing images of my car i do feel somewhat fearfull that if i ignore this i will end up in hot water. What should i do someone please help as i feel physically ill thinking about it. Thanks

If you look in the parking tickets forum you will see hundreds of posts on the same subject all with the same advice which is to totally ignore the worthless unenforceable invoice.0

Thanks i will
It's just that horrible feeling that you're doing something wrong that makes you question yourself.0 -
Which is exactly the reaction they want. Most people are law abiding and assume that they are in the wrong and are likely just to cough up for an easy life.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
