Disassociation from Tenant

I rented out my house to a supposed friend, who ran up debts at my address, I have now regained my home through the Courts, but despite returning letters to senders am still getting bailiff letters and new contracts for the previous tenant, he is now using the address to apply for extentions on his overdraft and taking a new phone from Orange, who again despite my emailing them and sending letters are still coming - is there any way I can get him disassociated from this address so he cannot run any more debts up at this address?????:(:o

Not really, but it doesn't actually have any effect on your personal credit rating unless you at any time had any form of a joint account or financial contract with him.
Annoying as it may be, all you can do is keep returning items as 'gone away' or similar. If you feel my comments are helpful then I'd love it if you 'Thanked' me!0 -
You could try reporting him to the police for fraud.0
