Grounds for constructive dismissal??

Our company (a charity) is currently in the midst of a re-structure and approximately 10 posts are to be lost. In the original structure mine was not one of them. However, for a mutlitude of reasons mainly to do with the incompetency of the new owners, the lack of interest from them in the business and the strong likelihood of no investment in new product, I have applied for the Enhanced Redundancy Package.

If this is refused....as I think is likely....my position will inevitably change to include many more duties left by those who do leave. At the same time the new owners are imposing a wage cut across all staff.

Could any of us left in this position (ie refused ERP, left to pick up extra duties AND accepting a pay cut) claim constructive dismissal under these circumstances or is it merely a case of tough, get on with it or leave. ??
