Santander 17 months offer

Grr ...after 3 letters of santander guaranteed acceptance i applied for a BT and then got letter back saying offer was closed as missed the date.
Letter back was dated 2 days before offer closed so was a bit miffed but wasnt surprised..

Still couple of weeks later same offer 17 month 0% balance transfer so fill in form to transfer cards to one card and make a effort to clear it in 17 months.
Think I have good credit rating with limits on cards -egg £7000, goldfish £7200, Cap1 £11000 bit to be sure on the application i did not tick the partial transfer option if bt exceeded credit given.

BT approx £1400 from egg and £3400 from goldfish and they have left £450 on each :mad:.

Ok so bulk of balance is now 0% but now I have an extra card and the 2 i wanted to close I am still stuck with.

Surley if there is an option not to have a partial transfer the application shoud not be processed?

Normally I would suggest transfer the Goldfish balance over to Egg, as Egg don't charge a BT fee, but isn't Goldfish just a Barclaycard these days and so is Egg, so that might not be possible.

Yea they are Barclays now so I didnt try, Im just whinging cause they left me 2 accounts i planned on closing because they ignore parts of the appliaction form, but i guess partial on 0% aint so bad . Will just focus on the other 2 first to clear off .
