    I put scones on top of my peaches that have mixed spice added to the syrup and it is US style peach cobbler:)

    Thank you all, I am off to experiment.Also going to try and make the truffle recipe that was on the xmas board as a test run. Hoping to give some as presents this year. Wish me luck. I am determlined to crack this cooking thing!!!

    hi can you point me in the direction of the truffle recipe. tried a search but came up with nothing.
