Yes you can use tinned, drained fruit, Bellie. If you want a really quick pudding use some plain sponge cake/trifle sponges, crumble until resembles breadcrumbs and cover fruit. You will then need to place in a hot oven until fruit is hot and top golden brown. Cheats crumble.0

These links should help you. They're for crumble recipies.

You'll probably find it best to not put them together. Drain the fruit first (though keep the liquid) Add some raspberries (or a few dots of raspberry jam) to the tinned peaches. Make the crumble and put it on top following the cooking instructions on the link and serve with custard or ice cream for a Peach Melba crumble. The tinned pears you could bake in pastry as a tart or crumble those too.
There are lots of recipies in the Mega Recipies link here.

Enjoy:D
Whoops! Nearly forgot. The juice (if it's syrup) can be used to make a sweet sauce with some raspberries blended in or to make a jelly with some jelly crystals or gelatin.
I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...

Tinned peaches, pears, apricots. These are my favourite storecupboard staples for crumbles. I just drain out a little of the juice/syrup and cover with HM crumble. Or tinned pineapple/apples covered with a sponge cake mixture and baked for Eves pudding.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0
