Payment to much for IPA

Hi,
I've been paying £286 on my IPA since 1st December last year and I am struggling with the amount I'm paying. I have requested from moonbeever for a new form to put down my outgoings etc. Does anybody have guidelines at what can be put on the form and the maximum you can put for each one?

I have tried to copy my completed statement of affairs table but I can't for some reason.
I will put below my original costs. I moved in with my boyfriend when I went bankrupt and the £500 shown for rent includes all bills (gas, council tax etc). I now don't think I should have done it like this.
My income after tax £1500
Rent £500
Housekeeping (Inc food and cleaning) £350
Gas, elec NIL
Water NIL
Telephone £30
Travel NIL
Clothing £75
Council tax NIL
Other essentials £268 (detailed below)
Petrol £80
Car tax £10
Car insurance £35
Car maintainence (Inc MOT) £40
Medical (prescriptions, dentist) £15
Presents (birthdays,Christmas) £20
Holiday £30
Hair cut £20
Work union membership £180 -
Total amount £1223 and due to this I now pay £286 on my IPA.0

Hello!
Are the rent and housekeeping for you alone, or are they figures for you and BF?
Clothing at £75 looks high too (but I only buy clothes in charity shops
and yes I'm very presentable at work

All of the above was agreed when I went bankrupt last year. I live with my boyfriend but the 500 is paid to him as if I was a lodger and covers all household bills. We did not split the bills as I then thought they would have to look at his income etc and it would not be fair on him.0

How much does he earn in relation to you. Does he earn more or less?0

He earns around £100 more than me a month.0

You appear to be paying more than your share, in that case.
What about the £350 for housekeeping?
I suggest that you put your SOA into Make Sense of Cards, which will make your figures easier for us to take a look at

Technically in that case the OR would say you should pay 48% of the bills. You are already paying £850 a month.
So if your household bills are over £1770, it may be worth contacting the OR, if they are less I would leave it as it is as you will end up paying more towards your IPA. Even if it is close, the OR might dispute the clothing allowance as that seems high as does your food.0 -
The food and clothing was agreed because of my job. I will keep everything the same but add a bit more on for car insurance/tax/petrol as I have looked and I'm paying more than I put down. I also have a dog so could put down pet insurance/vet bills.
Do you think this is wise or will they look at my clothing/food again?0
