Power of Attorney?

Hello, I'm currently trying to sell a house that is in danger of being repossessed. To cut a long story short it was a bad investment and I just want to get rid before I lose too much money.

At the moment I work long hours and hardly have any time to make the phone calls, meetings etc to sort it out, so I'm thinking of handing power of attorney to a friend who can do this for me.

Has anyone here done this before and know the best way to go about it?

Also does anyone have/ know where to get a decent template that I could sign and send off the the relevant parties?

Thanks

dont DIY the legal document for goodness sake, as it needs to be acceptable to a lawyer. so consult one and trust your friend.....
My posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:

My bad spelling...well I rush type these opinions on my own time, so sorry, but they are free.:o
