private parking charge notice
hi,
I was first a visitor to this site over a year ago when i got a ticket for parking whilst using my nan's blue badge (i was not aware that the car park did not use the blue badge scheme). I took everyones advice from this site and ignored the ticket and i never recieved any letters (success!).
Unfortunately i got a ticket this year for being 20minutes late to my car (for an important reason) i decided to take the same approach and ignore it, however this firm seems a lot more persistant, as i have recieved a few letters now demanding money and it increases each time. I have now heard from their solicitors 'Graham White' who have sent me a NOTCICE OF INTENDED LITIGATION for proceedings are issued to the county court.
From what i have just read this seems to be a well known law firm on this site, who are a bit of a scam. However i can't help feel a little fearful that i could be taken to court or have a 'bailiff sent to my house to recover the costs. They acually did state in a letter i received prior to this site to ignore these type of sites as they contain inaccurate information, however as i have listened to advice from this site before i thought i would take the same appraoch.
Could do with some reassurance really as to taking the correct approach to just ignore.
Thanks

/me sends his reassurance...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
