I bought a couple of bits off Amazon last week and as far as I could tell everything was ok with the transaction.
Last night I received an email from Amazon saying that there had been a mistake and they had taken payment twice for one of the things and had sent a refund which has appeared back in my bank this morning. It was only £3.20 and to be perfectly honest I hadn't noticed. So i'd just like to say thanks to Amazon for being a reliable and honest site to buy from. (In my experience anyway)
