I need a new mop for a large area of laminate flooring and was wondering what is the best type of mop for this please?
I have been using a normal vileda mop but it takes ages to get the whole floor done, are the big flat ones any good? I don't want to get one and waste my money if they're too fiddly to use etc
Sorry for the extremely boring nature of this post lol, just really would like a recommendation

I have a fab new mop (saddo or what!) for my amtico - it s a flat mop with a loopy microfirbe sweeper on side that picks up dusts then flips over for a short pile microfibre on the other that you use damp for mopping. its from asda!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Think it was about £6 - defiantely less than the various viledas they had. Also both sides of the head come off and can be washed in the machine too.
Can you tell I love my mop??
Infact here it is

I have all the mops that are available and I have to say the best one, OK not a mop but a steamer, Steams the floor leaving a fresh smell.. and it does not leave streaks, dry pretty much straight away and the pads are washable! Second best mop I use when both pads are in wash is the old style stringy type mop, has a massive head on it and it's good quality, bought mine from a pound shop, and the metal bucket you can not go wrong with. And a tip, I always use washing powder and softner... lushus !! lol0

I've got a flash mop, its fab. Think it was about £6 in savers. The mop pad is disposable and think are about £3 per pack from asda. The flash spray bit sprays when you mop and drys quickly. It lasts ages and can be replaced for about £3 in asda, think wilko sell them too. our savers shut down but i guess they still do them. You could refill with cheaper stuff too. I love it because its quick and i could throw out the mop bucket but not great if your floors get very dirty or for spills.0
