I know BT line rental has recently gone up. But why am I being charged 0.17p for unlimited weekend plan?
My bills despite only just BT for line rental no calls varies ever so slightly
02 Feb 11 £12.36
03 March £12.35
03 April £12.35
03 May £12.35
31 May 11 £12.82 <====== latest bill including 0.17 charge
It says on bill refund no idea why but my bill is higher
Unlimited Weekend Plan - £ 7.71 28 Apr-14 May 11
This is a refund of the price of your line rental (which includes calling plan) at £13.60 per month which you paid in advance up to 14 May 2011
Unlimited Weekend Plan £ 7.88 W28 Apr-14 May 11
This is the cost of your line rental

17 days @ the new rental price of £13.90 pm minus 17 days @ the old rental price of £13.60 pm = £0.17!!!!!The basic line rental plan IS the unlimited weekend plan!
As an aside where did £12.36 for 2Feb come from ??? Can't have a charge of 1p as far as I'm aware??0
