"Index was outside the bounds of the array"
When I try to print this is the message that is coming up (and the printer doesn't work) I haven't got a clue what this means can anyone offer any suggestions please?
(Using Sage on 3 pc's and 2 printers if this helps)

This sounds like a driver issue, are you able to print to PDF/XPS still without any problems?0

Thank you for replying.
Sorry don't understand your question?
Stuff outside Sage can be printed fine and I've since been able to print some things from within Sage and even managed to email from within Sage as a workaround. The message clearly means something needs to be done but I don't know where to start.0 -
Hey, PDF/XPS are two file formats that you can print to - had you been able to print to those but not to your 'real' printer then it would have indicated a problem with your printer driver.
The fact your printer works ok with programs other than sage probably means its not the drivers though.
I'm afraid i'm not at all familiar with Sage so probably can't help you very much at this point I just did a quick google search and found this page
http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=14169&p_created=1120420734
which seems to describe your problem, I would try the solution there - to install the latest update using the link on that page. If that doesnt work let me know and ill try and think of something else.0 -

Try putting the index inside the bounds of the array.
Afterwards it should work fine0
