What is all the arguing about. Of course there has been a spring bounce, Nationwide prices have gone up from January £161k to now £165k. That's springy enough for me. :j0

Well, you could equally say there is a spring bounce in terms of price, you just need to look at the NSA figures (1% last month).
I think it does in terms of price but it is not strictly an increase (in that houses are worth more).
I would say that equates more to the types of houses being sold, not that prices actually increased. (say more emphasis on detached, outdoor space etc.)0 -
