Microwave Tray,broken

Its the thingy under the microwave glass tray, its round shape, 1 of the little round nut things has come off,so the glass tray doesn't sit right on it,and the glass tray doesn't really turn. Has anyone got a idea what i could use to fix it? its like a little round nut that turns. Oh god i hope i make sense !

    do you mean the circular plastic that supports glass dish or piece in middle that turns?
    I recently threw out a non working microwave and kept these

    I have one spare.But i know glass plate comes in 2 sizes.Can you let me know the diameter of the plastic ring?If its same as one I have here I will post it to you
