A software update became available this morning until 9am 03/06/2011. Its Loader Version a4.37.
Put tv on channel 1
'Menu'
'Installation'
'password' (0000)
'Software update'
'Manual Update'
'Search'
My 9300T had started to change channels very slowly (if at all) and I kept having to switch power off and on again. Hopefully this will solve it.

Have you been in hibernation for that last year? This is not a new software update, this is version 23 software which was released May 2010 and has already been broadcast 12 times previously!

And there was me hoping for a fix for the out-of-sync condition between sound and picture when skipping forward past the adverts for the usual 30 seconds, multiple times... (It sorts itself out after a random number of seconds.)
Here's the link for information about the year-old software update, if anyone's interested!0 -
Sorry to have gotten you excited. The email I got from Humax sounded like it was a new update... obviously only telling me when the old update was available over the air.I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!

It's the Freesat HD/HDR boxes that are getting "Over the air updates" from today...
You could manually update using a USB stick usually 2 to 4 weeks before they broadcast the update...Laters

Here are some details:
Application version: UPTTF 1.00.26
Loader version: a4.38 / a4.39
System id: 3023.0000
- Resolve Individual Series Recordings disappearing from the schedule
- Improved accuracy for programmes that start early
- Improved schedule priority
- Improved Recording failures due to broadcaster changes
- Improved Network Change Descriptor process0 -
All done and installed thanks. Just find it annoying that it wipes your Series Record settings in the process. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
-
And you have to rescan all the channels, again...!0

Strange-mine doesn't lose the channels-but I did a rescan anyway.
It's re-inputting all the OH's soaps that I find tedious! No free lunch, and no free laptop0
