rid yourself of targeted advertising on the net

somebody passsed me this link, it removes targeted advertising from your pc, i was getting spammed on youtube and hotmail, everytime i searched for an item on the web ads for it would magicly appear for the next few months onall sorts of random programmes , this tells you how many companies are targeting you and allows you to block them, i had 43 companies targeting me out of the 71 listed!!!!

    *Seven out of 71 for my Palemoon profile
    Six out of 71 for my Firefox profile
    Eleven out of 71 for my portable Opera.
    45 out of 71 for Internet Explorer!
