Quidco problem

Hi all
Not sure what board to post on. I'm a new user to Quidco and today should have been paid cashback - email confirmed this.
Having checked my bank account nothing has been added or is pending. On the account the numbers are starred out and don't want to change this incase Quidco say I changed this - but the end numbers that show for my bank account look fine.
Anyone had problems like this before, and is it likely that I will get this money back (or will they say it has been paid?)

P.S have just realised it is still rather early in the day - do they normally make payments throughout?

    got the feeling it takes a day or so to hit the accounts after the status says "paid"

    Browntoa is right hun, it takes a few days to appear in your bank account!
    Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

    Takes 3-4 working days. They pay by bacs transfer.
