Message them on facebook. I texted for the 20% off code and it didn't work so I messaged them through facebook, a few hours later got a message back with a new code which worked. Happy me :j. Thanks to the op with the 20% off text code

I've texted for 2 codes (different mobile numbers) and neither of them work
I have messaged them on facebook.

It took them quite a few hours to get back to me but they apologised and said they are very busy but will get to everyone and you will get your discounts so just keep an eye out. I'm very pleased with my evenings xmas shopping with 20% off.
