Idlesaver in chargeWombled my very first asda receipt yesterday. The customer had spent £17 and so I didn't think it looked too promising
. However, as I hadn't done it before, I thought I'd go through the the motions and see how it compared with the tesco pricechecker do-dah. What I learned was that you have to wait until at least 6am the following day before you can input the asda receipt data. Well I gave it a go this am and Yippee!! - 95p!!!
Think I shall be doing this again!!0 -

You get lots of MOC's in a booklet. Saves trawling all the stalls to rob them of their MOC's whilst their backs are turned:rotfl::rotfl:
There is lots of free samples. Mad likes the cheese stalls:D also the odd whisky sample;)
Lots of entertaining stuff with regular BBC presenters cooking.
What we usually do is go round and round stuffing our faces though:rotfl::rotfl:
Take a trolley with wheels to carry your MOC booklets and anything you may wish to buy.
thanks0 -
Idlesaver in chargeWould it be worth booking for both the Saturday and Sunday? or is one day enough? I was thinking of booking into a hotel on the saturday night.

Come on peeps its time to vote.
I don't mind passing the the thread to moneytight if she is genuinely interested to do so.
My other suggestion would be to make coupons and chat as two different threads. I am sure many are against it.
I am happy to continue updating, if chat thread is separated from coupons only thread.
I do love chat but it would be more easy for all.
Somehow we need to make the things simpler for everyone.
Even though someone else takes charge of this thread, in place of me, I don't think its practicable to catch up with 200 posts a day.
I am still waiting for the votes from many many regulars.
VOTE VOTE VOTE PLEASE.
New volunteer or separate chat thread....???????????????
Decision.....decision decision time...............

it got closed down and MSE will not allow another one, as it was heavily trolled, a lot of bullying going on, people constantly complaining about chat, :undecided - the chat on that thread is how we found the glitches, but it doesn't apply here.
And Abuse spent so much time deleting posts, PPR people, MSE Towers decided to leave it closed.0 -

I think most people will not be on until later today hun. The regulars I mean, and remember Jeferey is on holiday.
ok, not sure how much of a regular I am counted as, BUT my vote
2 separate threads, you can continue maintaining the Coupon one, and if it is strictly coupons only, made a sticky, (begs Browntoa with big soppy eyes) and maybe moneytight can do the chat one? which will not be a sticky.
I know it will make your life a lot easier for a just coupon thread. Easier to update and read ( no offence to anybody!).
Maybe say voting by midnight Saturday? Give those regulars who are not around a chance to catch up and vote?

Coupon and chat mixed threadjust a quick reply... as i got a date with some ANTS
.... that are invading my living room! eww:mad: ... first point of call.. dyson the annoying things up ( suddenly dislike having chocolate coloured carpet!)
I am "genuinely" up for the challenge, as i said, i got so much free time on my hands these days, it would give me something to get up for, so to speak..
But i don't want to step on any toes!
IS has done a brilliant job,
I for one, love the mix of the chat & coupons... if it wasn't for the chat i wouldn't of known about so many coupons/offers/freebies etc
maybe you can start a voting poll??0
