Did you complain via email or via phone?

I sent an email yesterday but only had the automatied reply so far. I am thinking of re-sending the email later today if I dont get a reply.

I love the idea of a £10 gift card :T

Hi all, just seen on hotdeals that sainsburys are doing 1/2 price on all baby wipes & toiletries, could be an ideal time to use the £1 off a johnsons 4 pack or the softwash vouchers for anyone who still has them left. johnsons wipes seems a very good deal at mo £2.49 for the 4 pack so £1.49 with the moc. this starts thursday (tomorrow) but you can see the list of stuff included already online..

I've had no rtd's since saturday, no wombles Asda reciepts today either, the super cleaner was on, far to good at his job for my liking; i was on way back n he was cleaning the hand baskets too.... ocd
