Beckton Asda have none, and Isle of Dogs Asda had 10 which were sold to prople who had their names on a list on launch night. VBery efficiently managed!

However, I was in Virgin this morning and was told that they would have a delivery later that day, took a number, just phoned back and now they tewll me they actually won't be getting any. Darn...

They said there are lots going out on Friday but the stores have taken too many pre orders instore and online. So most of their stock will never reach the shelves. They suggested trying small stores that didn't take pre orders as there are plenty going out on Friday to cope with demand

I wasn't bothered about a Wii until Saturday when I watched DD have a go on one in PC-World, and now I WANT ONE!

I'd love to get one as a suprise for the family on Xmas day (ok ok, for me on xmas day!) but looks like it'll have to wait unless I get really lucky.

I hope this thread has helped some of you fellow MSE's get the console.

Just been to the Asda store in Cannock and spoke to one of the SA. He said that they had a delivery of 3 N.wii's this morning but they had sold out straight away.

He reckons that most Asda stores throughout the country would be having further deliveries of the N.wii's right up until Christmas but there would only be a handful delivered to each store every 2 days or so.

It may be worth checking your local store first thing in the morning to see whether they have had some in or not.

My local Tesco just had 30 of them in but sold out straight away. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours for their truck to arrive so i was lucky enough to get one and my mate got one as well.

I just got one from Asda in Newcastle :j but they told me they could not get any more prior to xmas as they are being sent to Germany
