I recently visited a car supermarket and heard the comment grey import used by a salesman to another punter. What does grey import mean. parts aren't really an issue but you do seem to get charged more for them. I had a Japanese Celica and had no issue getting parts, even when i totalled the front end.
90% of the time the cars are identical.
