I have been told from my second employer that he dosen't pay me SSP, I can only get it from my 1st employer.
I work 40 hours a week for my 1st and main employer and the 16 hours a week for my second employer.
Is this right or is he just trying to get out of it.

Having two jobs does not in itself have any bearing on entitlement to SSP. Each job should look at the case seperately and decide if SSP is due. The reason for not paying SSP in the second job may be that your average earnings are not high enough. To qualify you need to have average earnings of £102 or more in the eight weeks prior to the sickness.
If SSP is not being paid your employer should give you a form advising the reason for non-payment.
