Hi I wonder if anyone can advise me ?

I am due to claim maternity allowance in 5 weeks. My partner claims Job seekers Allowance as the moment and I am wondering what effect my maternity allowance will have on it.

Jobcentre are aware I wrk at the moment 16 hrs a week at min wage and we have the one child at the moment. They pay us accordingley. We are due twins bk end of July and am trying to get my finances in order.

The maternity allowance form as a section for what your partner claims which makes me think this is gonna effect the job seekers allowance
