Are the money off vouchers (coupons) against certain things a new thing, or have I just never been given them before?

Aye, if you go to the bottom of the 'My Ebay' page - it lists what they're for. I have a load and they're utterly useless to me.0

They've been in for years (at least 5 plus that I can remember). I used to get them very rarely but recently have been given loads on all my accounts. Never yet have they given me one that I can use on anything that I buy.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
