This is so incredibly frustrated for me because i was on topman card site where i was make an payment but i forgot the password so i was lock out of the account online. And i was wondering anyone know anyway i can contact them to unlock the my account but i can't use phone because i am hearing impaired
Does anyone know like email address or any other way without use phone?

Hi Matt,
I have a topshop card so im assuming its the same. If you go to Santandercards.com and click online banking it should allow you to pay without your password.
